Text Box: Online, anonymous self-assessment available to family members and service personnel affected by deployment or mobilization at www.militarymentalhealth.org. Take a self-assessment for depression, post-traumatic stress disorder and related conditions.  If you are feeling disconnected, angry or persistently sad, take this first step.  It can help you put the pieces together. A veteran’s support group will begin in Henderson on September 16th for any veteran who has been diagnosed with post traumatic stress or other traumatic experiences. If you are interested in attending this group you must contact Ray Koval at 919 856 4616 or Sandra Grissom at 252 438 4619 before the group begins to sign up.

Text Box: Mental Health First Aid is a 12-hour training course designed to give members of the public key skills to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.
